Analysis of non-budget system of university’s financing in USA and Russia (endowment funds)

This article has an analysis of US experience in non-budget system of university’s financing, emphasize on endowment funds. These special funds have all the US universities. There are assets donated to university and transferred the management to get profit which will support brilliant students and professors and research projects. The article also get information about Russian university’s endowment funds.
